My family and I was on a short trip headed to Ft.Worth.Here we are over three hundred miles from home,and about twenty miles from our destination,and what do you know!Our car was rear-ended! After taking with the authority the Manfield Fire Dept.kindly lead us to one of your Meineke Shop at 1506 Hwy 157 N. Bryan Bigbie and his staff help us be- cause of some damage to the car exhaust system.Their customer service was really GREAT.HI-FIVE TO YOU GUY!!! THANKS

I am writing this letter to you today to express how professional and dedicated George and Zvi are when I am greeted at the Patchogue, NY branch location. These guys go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service!! Of course no one wants to pay for car care, but we all have to do it. They are very friendly and are working constantly and consistently to make the customer's wait time as minimal as possible. They don't just tell you something is wrong with your vehicle, they show you the problem...I like that alot!!! In addition, the mechanics usually go unnoticed and I would like to thank them for an outstanding job too! I sincerely hope this letter goes to their Regional/District Manager as well as a copy to them and to their personnel folders. These two are the backbone of the company and you should be proud to have them on Your team.

I would like to comment about the wonderful service I recieved at the Saugus location. Kirk Neumann and his staff were very friendly and helpful and I trust that they tell me the truth concerning the needs of the car...they don't try to sell just to "sell" and they are always very efficient and fast getting the job done. I will drive all the way from Boston to get my car serviced there!!

I am a single woman and maintaining my car has always been a huge problem for me. I have to be careful that service providers don't try to take advantage of me because I don't know anything about cars.
I have been to plenty of "oil & lube" shops and it's always the same thing. Your car needs this and your car needs that. I always say no because I don't know if it really does or if they're just trying to tack on to my bill. I then have to take it to my mechanic to see if I really do have a problem.
For about 2 years I have been taking my cars to Meineke on West Evans Street in Florence, SC. They always change my oil, I pay my bill and I'm gone. Back in December I took my car in for the regular oil change. I was having a problem with my car running hot and the heater would not heat but I didn't say anything to them about it. I was going to take it to my mechanic. The mechanic (Tony Lucas) came out and said that I really needed a coolant flush. I thought to myself, "well, I may actually need it because I've been coming here for 2 years and they have never tried to push services on me before" so I told him to go ahead.
He changed my oil and flushed the coolant system. When I got back in my car my heat worked and my temperature gauge was back to normal!
I was so excited. If he had not known what he was doing and how to check things, I would have had to take my car to the mechanic for him to "try" 2 or 3 things it might be.
I am very pleased with the service I get at my Meineke and would recommend them to anyone. I am so thankful that Tony diagnosed and fixed a problem that I had not even told him about. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. He should be commended for doing his job and doing it well.

I just wanted to let Meineke know how incredibly pleased I am with the service at this station. Ryan Rabiger is usually the guy I set up my appointments with and he is so helpful, thoughtful, and knowlegable. I never have to wait for service and the guys are always pleasant. I'm not a big fan of taking my car to get serviced, but I couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys or service. I have been extremely satisfied for a solid 3 years now. Thank you!

Twice now I have had work done on my vehicle at this shop. I must tell you that everyone at this facility is very professional, courteous and caring. My brakeline started leaking on my way home from work on Monday evening (12/26/2005 after 7pm). My son called this 'Care Center'first thing in the morning and the manager said to bring it up as soon as we could get it there. Called AAA and they towed it there. It was done in one hour. My worries were over. I very much appreciate all their hard work. A wonderful team there. It's not the first time I had work done there and it won't be the last. Thank you. PS I have a white car and there was not even one speck of dirt on it when they were done. Cudos!!

The BEST service ever! I had just experienced horrible service with McCafferty Ford in Langhorne that Saturday and I thought I would give my Meineke a call to see if they could help me. I use this Meineke for my inspections and muffler issues and always had quick reliable service but I didn't know that they could do the power steering repair my car needed until I spoke with Joe. If only I knew sooner, I would have taken this car there in the first place and saved myself hundreds of dollars. First and foremost, they listened to me. I am a 47 year old woman who happens to know a little about cars. I told them what the problem was and they treated me with respect and gave me a straight forward answer with a, "We can do the job!" attitude. Wayne put me at ease and kept me informed of the progress of the repair. They did a wonderful job! You could tell that they cared about their work, the engine compartment area was cleaned and the install was perfect. I was thoroughly impressed. I will always take my families cars to this Meineke for any repairs.

I had my vehicle inspected at the (Chandler, AZ) shop. The service people took my vehicle in right away for a suspected exhaust leak. Within a few minutes, I had it inspected, and an estimate of repairs!!! In two hours the vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction! The service men that waited on me were very professional and kept me up to date on what was going on and the costs were, I thought, reasonable!! I was impressed and will be a return customer at Meineke Muffler in Chandler, AZ.

Just a note of thanks to the Technician and management at (the Hermitage, TN) store. I have worked in a muffler shop before and had a good idea of what was needed to repair my exhaust system. I visited another muffler shop and was quoted a partial and entire system (to fix what was obviously a "broken weld"). Your shop was more concerned with fixing the problem rather than selling a not-yet-needed system. What the other guys don't realize is that you just sold the next system when it is needed. I know that I can trust your work and management. I hope this information makes it to the people who deserve the credit. (Lee was the working technician.) Thanks again.

I was treated very well by Paul the Salesman. He listened to my concerns about the noises I was hearing in the rear of my vehicle and a leaky radiator. I was there in the late afternoon so I did not hear back from Paul until the following day. He let me know what needed to be fixed and in the meantime found that my rear brakes had to be replace. All the work was done in a timely matter and I had no complaints at all. Tha car runs like brand new. Thanks again for taking such great care!!!!
